Log into your account where you can cancel or adjust your current membership subscription status.

Log into your payment portal when purchased through ThriveCart.  This is where you can cancel or adjust your current membership subscription status.  This link is temporary while we transition to the new payment system post 2022.

Log into your community.gamedevhq.com account.  This is where you set up your identification account for Filebase and connect with fellow GameDevHQ Unity Developers. (soon to be deleted)

Can I get a Refund?

If Filebase does not work, let us know within 3 business days.  We will hop on and offer technical support.  If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund you.  We do not offer refunds due to buyer’s remorse or lack of use.

Can I contribute to Filebase?

We have a dedicated group of artists who work on Filebase.  We do not accept donated assets to ensure that our entire library was created by our team and contains no pirated work.

Is there a group rate?

Of course!  If you are in education, a small or large studio, or run a group, with a purchase over 25 seats, let’s chat. Please contact us through the link below and we can work to provide memberships at a discounted rate.
